The best way to live your life happily:-
1:- Embrace your imperfections:- There's nothing wrong to be imperfect in this world. No one is perfect. Every people has their pros and cons. The only thing is you have to try to make yourself a better person.
2:- Love everything in your surrounding:- Another way is to love everything in your life but don't neglect yourself cause you also need love and nurture. Most important don't try to harm someone.
3:- Make a dairy and plan every day routine and you must have to follow it.
4:- Listen some good music and meditate yourself.
5:- Just be yourself.
There was a day, I wore a dress l, heels and was wearing makeup. But to a customer I was some dude in a dress. I use to think that’s all people would see me as, that me dressing how I wanted to didn’t matter. That I would always be, some dude in a dress. But then I realized, it does matter. It helps me see myself, that’s when fashion mattered to me.
Last summer I knew how big I had gotten and was horrified to even put a swim suit on, but the beach is my happy place and I was not going to let my weight stand in the way of me enjoying the sun and sea. After going through pictures and seeing what the mirror did not I had to do something but I always had an excuse. —
In January I decided to make a new year resolution and stick with it. Weight loss. I wanted to have that “summer body.” My last baby was about to turn one, she was walking and I had enough breast milk stored to feed a village. I had no more excuses to eat less and workout more. —
So this photo looks like all fun and play but in reality I’m completely stressed out about the health of my little pitbull. If you look carefully you’ll see a softball size inflammation on his neck. Yesterday I took my kids to the beach just to have a fun day together because I didn’t know what was in the cards for Rambo and I wanted him to feel free. Today I took him to see a second veterinarian who gave me a little bit a hope and told me he didn’t believe it was cancer. If y’all could send a little love to my spiritual warrior Rambo Ram Das for his quick and easy healing I’d really appreciate it. Thanks and I love you so much. Check my story for more 😢

It’s strange to think I’m turning 31 next week (officially “in my 30’s” now 😜). Even though my 30th year was the most challenging yet, it pushed me to work at becoming a happier, healthier, and better version of myself. I’m convinced you don’t grow unless there’s struggle.
I’m a sucker for the seasonal @gtskombucha !!! When I was living in New York, I picked up the autumn one on a regular basis. This summer one is so good. It’s like cherry limeade with a hint of vanilla. 🍒
Have you tried this season’s flavor? Or are you a kombucha-hater? Let me know! 🤙🏻
Knowing how to love yourself is important to establish a healthy mental wellbeing. When you start to love yourself, you feel better and your relationships with others improves, leaving behind negative ones.
It’s not selfish to love yourself. Taking the time to learn how to love yourself and appreciate the beauty and intelligence that is you is important to feeling good in your own body.
However, many people can struggle with the idea of loving themselves, no matter how much positivity they see around them.
One way to learning how to love yourself is through your relationships with other people. Relationships with others can instruct you in the worth of your most vulnerable self as you open up to people and trust them with your darkest secrets.
On our website, Emie has written an article on loving yourself and ways that you can start to do that. You can read the article here: https://teenagerswithexperience.weebly.com/guest-articles/loving-yourself.
May we all learn to love ourselves and be the best version of ourselves that we can be. - Sarah 🌷

I have tried painting after a long time and I don't feel it is good or something but I still wanted to share this with you guys bcz I felt that we all try to show something which is perfect . We love to be loved by others , appreciated by others but in reality what matters most is that whether we love ourselves or not .
Sometimes, things will not be as good as you have expected it to be but still learn to
accept it and smile by saying " you know what may be it is not so good but still I love it because I enjoyed doing it " .
Love love !!
What do you guys love to do beside reading ?

I’ve spent most of life running. Running from my problems, hurt, past, healing, and my feelings. It was always easy to run, because running meant I didn’t have to face those things and really look at them for what they are. I was certain that if that happened it would break me and I never wanted to be broken. It was exhausting, but it was my only way of survival. Then I was broken deeply and the filter that covered everything I had ever run from, was now staring me right in the face, forcing me to really look at it. It was one of the hardest experiences of my life. Seeing people, circumstances, and reliving memories for what they really truly are. But that break and rebuild changes everything about who you are and where you go. It has for me in every way! So... for all of you running from the hurt, the memories, and the pain, I say FACE IT! Feel to heal, because only when you truly face the things that may temporarily break you, can you truly find the strength to overcome it all, the resilience to keep on moving, the purpose to live, and the person YOU really are underneath it all.
